Some people don't need a plan. They need a calling.
We train and mentor licensed agents who want to teach families about money and be paid for the value they create rather than the hours they log.
A profession that pays you to be genuinely useful.
There is a shortage of people in this industry willing to slow down and explain things. That shortage is an opportunity for families who need the teaching, and for anyone willing to become the person who provides it.
As a licensed agent with Diadem Elite you own your schedule and your book of business. You sit at kitchen tables and in church fellowship halls, you explain how protection and retirement income actually work, and you help families put a plan in place. Compensation is commission-based, which means it is uncapped and it is earned.
We are not looking for closers. We are looking for teachers who are comfortable asking for the business once the teaching is done.
“And the things you have heard me say... entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”
The people this tends to fit
No financial background required. What matters is whether you like people and can explain things patiently.
Career changers
Professionals who have hit a ceiling and want income tied to effort rather than a review cycle.
Ministry-minded people
Those already serving people who want a vocation that funds the calling instead of competing with it.
Educators & communicators
Teachers, coaches and speakers - the skill set transfers almost directly.
Community builders
People with genuine relational trust in a community that has been historically underserved by this industry.
Training and support
Licensing guidance
Step-by-step help through pre-licensing coursework, the state exam and appointment paperwork.
Product & concept training
You learn the concepts deeply enough to teach them. Product knowledge follows understanding.
Mentorship & joint work
Sit in on real appointments before you run your own. Debrief every one afterward.
Leadership track
For agents who want to build and develop a team, not just a book of business.
What we expect, and what this is not
- You must be licensable in your state, we help, but you do the coursework.
- Compensation is commission-based. Income follows activity, and early months are build-months.
- This is a teaching role. If you would rather close than explain, it is not a fit.
- Part-time entry is welcome; part-time effort with full-time expectations is not.
We would rather lose a candidate at this paragraph than six months in. If that list reads as reasonable to you, we should talk.
Four steps from here to your first client
- 01
Introductory call
We describe the work honestly including the parts people quit over and you decide whether to keep going.
- 02
Licensing
You complete state pre-licensing coursework and pass the exam. We point you to the material and keep you on pace.
- 03
Training & joint work
Concept training first, then real appointments alongside a mentor, with a debrief after every one.
- 04
Your own practice
You run your own appointments with ongoing coaching and, if you want it, a path into developing others.
